Return Policy

Since Rusho Shoreline Sculptures are made to order, it makes returns a bit more difficult. However we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and happy with your Rusho. Returns and exchanges will be dealt with on a case by case basis. 

To inquire about a return, you can contact us at ted@rushodesigns.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or if mounting materials are missing, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Due to their unique nature and individuality, custom Rushos are typically not eligible for returns, but you can always contact us with any questions about your custom Rusho at ted@rushodesigns.com

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
